About Us
Located in Bald Hills, Queensland, Green Apple Wellness Centre is a trusted community-based illness-to-wellness centre with roots dating back to 1978. Green Apple supports people living with osteoporosis, diabetes, arthritis, back pain, metabolic health concerns, and other chronic or recovery-related conditions through safe, tailored exercise in both a clinically guided exercise environment and a heated pool.
The Centre offers a welcoming, friendly, and non-intimidating setting where people of all ages can access individually designed programs guided by qualified professionals, including Exercise Physiologists. With additional services such as remedial massage and personalised support, Green Apple helps individuals improve strength, mobility, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
A free initial consultation is available to discuss each person’s needs and create a tailored plan to support their health journey.

Exercise Physiology, Remedial Massage, Personal Training, Dietitian, PowerPlate, Pilates, Fitness Classes, Aqua Aerobics, Step, Weight Loss courses, Type 2 Diabetes Group Education course. Also offering a Home Health service to exercise from home.

Eligibility depends on individual health needs, support requirements, and program suitability. Referral, medical clearance, or approval through Medicare, NDIS, DVA, or aged care funding may be required for some services.
